AgentOps.
The organizational control plane for agents that hold money.

A wallet gives an agent the ability to pay. AgentOps decides whether it is allowed to. Every agent is an explicit organizational identity with its own wallet, role, policy bindings and budget, and every economic action it attempts runs one fail-closed path: verify identity, evaluate policy, check budget, escalate to a human when a threshold is crossed, then execute, settle, and write an evidence record that links the agent's intent to its on-chain settlement. Money moves on Circle's infrastructure, with the rail chosen by the relationship: x402 and Gateway for machine-to-service commerce, Permit2 for bounded agent-to-agent spending, ERC-8183 escrow for a first interaction with an unproven counterparty, and ERC-8004 identity and reputation once the work completes. Agents reach the control plane over a hosted MCP server, the same one human operators govern. Demonstrated as a five-agent research organization across Arc Testnet and Base Sepolia: policy-controlled hiring, second-hop delegation where an agent hires another agent on its own authority, approval-gated cross-chain execution, and capital that can be revoked from an agent and recovered.
